Metrolina Library Association hosts an annual Information Literacy Conference in June to highlight the efforts of public, academic, school, and special libraries' efforts at teaching information literacy. In addition, MLA hosts a Spring, Fall, and Winter event to encourage development of technological, pedagogical, and leadership skills and foster networking of library professionals.
